Angelo – Usubeni no Kakera
Angelo – Usubeni no Kakera (Fragments of Soft Pink)
The sadly scattering flower petals float down.
My tears trickle down.
In my memories your smiling visage becomes vague and then vanishes.
My body shivers in a spring breeze still chilly,
as the cherry blossoms rain down with soft pink fragments
fluttering gently into the palm of my hands.
every time I close my eyes
in the revolving seasons
the pain you leave is the only constant.
you grimly watched as time flowed towards an inevitable end
along the surface of the water.
scooping up with cupped hands
the dream flickering in the moonlight
and the drop dripping from a fingertip.
The sadly scattering flower petals float down.
My tears trickle down.
In my memories your smiling visage becomes vague and then vanishes.
My body shivers in a spring breeze still chilly,
as the cherry blossoms rain down with soft pink fragments
fluttering gently into the palm of my hands.
biting my lip
the season on the move
takes even the vestige of you from me
Where am I headed, not even understanding
my own form reflected in the surface of the water?
scooping up with cupped hands
the dream flickering in the daylight
and that drop dripping down my cheek.
The sadly scattering flower petals float down.
My tears trickle down.
In my memories your smiling visage becomes vague and then vanishes.
My body shivers in a spring breeze still chilly,
as the cherry blossoms rain down with soft pink fragments
fluttering gently into the palm of my hands.
in the vivid scenes from the dream I had that day
no matter where I looked, you were nowhere to be found.
a scar frozen over
will thaw in the spring
goodbye
I can’t stay here any longer
The sadly scattering flower petals float down.
My tears trickle down.
In my memories your smiling visage becomes vague and then vanishes.
My body shivers in a spring breeze still chilly,
as the cherry blossoms rain down with soft pink fragments
fluttering gently into the palm of my hands.
fluttering gently onto your shoulders.
